- Join the Learning and Development team of a world-leading power tools manufacturer
Design and deliver technical training to dealers/distributors
An opportunity to travel throughout the Europe, visiting dealers in multiple countries
Job Description:- Within a well established Learning and Development team, your role is to design and deliver product training that enables dealers and end-user groups to operate and service sophisticated power tools effectively and safely.
- Training is delivered online, at customers’ premises and at training centres.
- Typical courses include the operation and servicing of robotic mowers, service technician certification and product demonstration.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver technical training to dealers and large end-user groups
- Support with e-learning content creation alongside webinar design and delivery
- Maintain an expert level of product and technical knowledge
- Work closely with colleagues throughout Europe
- Attend and support trade shows, roadshows and dealer open days
- Observe H&S regulations and complete risk assessments
- Plan and organise own diary

Key Skills/Experience Required:
The high expectations of customers and technical nature of the role requires a special set of skills:
- Home location in the South of England and ability to travel perhaps 30% of the time in Europe.
- Strong technical background and expert knowledge in the use and maintenance of power tools
- Ability to deliver training and product support across a range of platforms
- Training, teaching or demonstration experience
- Excellent IT skills including MS Office
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Full driving licence
Salary/Benefits Information:- The successful candidate will enjoy a basic salary of £40,000 - £50,000 plus a 10% bonus, pension and travel insurance.
