- One of the largest insurance intermediaries in the South of England, has an opportunity for a career minded Sales focused individual with a background in general insurance.
This highly innovative insurance broker is looking to recruit a New Business Sales Executive to be an integral part of their team supporting the continued growth of their SME / commercial division.
About the Role:- Working as an Insurance New Business Development Executive, you will be required to maximise new business opportunities with SME and commercial clients through warm leads, referrals, and networking whilst maintaining excellent customer service.
- You’ll actively seek and respond to all new business opportunities whilst exceeding your targets. There is a strong focus on achieving targets but more importantly, how you engage with your clients and the impact on our reputation within the market.
- You’ll liaise with prospective customers to understand their insurance needs and upsell additional products where appropriate.
Key Skills/Experience Required:
To be considered for the position of New Business Insurance Consultant you must possess the following:- Previous new business sales experience
- Commercial insurance experience and knowledge of insurance products and principles
- Results orientated and target driven.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to build and maintain good working relationships.
