Project Sales Manager
My client is a small yet successful business that operates a nationwide Foodservice Design and Build service. My client offers a complete solution to their clients both back and front of house. Working with clients in Foodservice that includes restaurants, hotels, bars and cafes, hospitals, education and contract caterers.
Projects would range from refit and refurb to new builds, with values averaging £200k-£400k.
With offices based south of London, this person would predominantly be covering London and the South Coast.
The Job
There will be incoming leads through referrals and repeat business, as well as an element of business development. This person will be the contact point for the customer from design to handover.
This person will not need to be CAD qualified but able to read and interpret CAD and sketch a plan.
From initial enquiry to handover this person will take control of the project being point of contact from start to finish.
The candidate
The successful candidate will come from within the foodservice commercial catering sector and be able to demonstrate they are familiar with the types of customers this role would target. This will be selling and managing complete schemes, both new builds and refit/refurb work. Candidates will need an understanding of this not just the sale of single items of commercial catering equipment.
