Key Account Manager

My client are a well-established pensions provider based in Central Bristol and are looking to recruit a new member of staff into their Key Accounts team.

 

Job Description:

 

This role will see you manage a number of key clients, assisting with all aspects of their SIPP pensions schemes.

 

You will be expected to build and maintain relationships with each client, providing an excellent level of customer service and completing instructions in a compliant and efficient fashion.

 

The role will initially be office based for the first 3 months whilst you undergo training, then you will only be required to work from the office one day per week.

 

Key Skills/Experience Required:

 

This role would suit someone with previous customer service or account management experience within pensions or financial services.

 

Salary/Benefits Information:

 

£25k-£28k starting salary, rising annually.

Performance related bonus (up to 12%)

26 days holiday

8% Pension contribution
