Field Sales Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the fastest growing companies in the UK. My client is a hugely successful supplier of catering products. selling to customers throughout the hospitality and foodservice sector.

 

My client is looking for an experienced B2B Salesperson to work their Scotland territory focusing on the EH Edinburgh postcodes. The role will be selling to a mixture or new and existing customers. You will be tasked with ensuring these customers are aware of all the products available, opening new accounts and up-selling and range selling existing accounts.

 

The role will involve working closely with internal sales teams following up leads and enquiries, carefully managing existing relationships whilst generating new business.   

 

Candidates will need to have experience of selling business to business, ideally with experience selling a related product, catering equipment, catering supplies food, drink or disposables and chemicals. Customers will be in the foodservice sector including hotels, restaurants, bars, schools and local authority sites.

 

My client would also be keen to talk to successful candidates used to managing a large account base who are looking to step up their career.  It is important candidates are strong relationship builders with new business and account management experience and a structured way of selling. My client has a history of year-on-year growth with an ambitious growth target for 2023.

 

As well as a competitive salary, you will be offered a good benefits package that includes a commission and bonus scheme that’s paid quarterly and structured so that it is very achievable.

 

Candidates will need to live close to or on the patch, Edinburgh is where the majority of customers are based.
