Employee Benefits Administrator

Are you an experienced Employee Benefits Administrator looking to further develop your career?

Our client is a forward-thinking organisation with an excellent reputation for delivering high quality results and services to their clients. Due to their ongoing success, they are looking to grow their team in their Gloucester office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the Employee Benefits team and will be required to administer the delivery of client’s employee benefit schemes. This is a great opportunity to join a successful and growing company and develop your career in the field of Employee Benefits.

Responsibilities Include:
Process changes in employee benefit and pension schemes.
Administer the delivery of employee benefit schemes.
Liaise with external providers and stakeholders.
Monitor and report on employee benefit and pension schemes.
Keep up to date with relevant industry legislation and regulations.

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in employee benefits, group risk and ideally corporate pensions, as well as excellent organisational and communication skills.
Part time candidates will be considered.

In return the company offer a salary up to £31,000 and a hybrid working pattern of 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.
