Client Management Consultant

My client are a well established pensions provider based in Central Bristol and are looking to recruit a new member of staff into their Client Management team.


Job Description:

In this role you will be the first point of call for client queries regarding their pensions schemes.

You will be expected to demonstrate an excellent customer service and strong technical knowledge regarding the company products and features.

Other duties include carrying out administrative tasks following client interactions ensuring accurate and compliant record-keeping.  

The role will initially be office based for the first 3 months whilst you undergo training, then you will only be required to work from the office one day per week.


Key Skills/Experience Required:

This role would suit someone with previous telephone-based customer service experience and strong administrative skills.

Previous pensions or financial services experience is desirable but not essential as full training is provided upon employment.


Salary/Benefits Information:

Circa £23,000 – £25,000 depending on skills and experience.

Annual performance related bonus (up to 12%)

26 days holiday

8% Pension contribution
