Area Sales Manager – Scotland

As Business Development Manager you will be tasked with managing the Scottish territory selling into a independent retailers, merchants and distributors growing accounts and gaining new business in the area. Up selling products and identifying places where more products lines can be stocked. You will manage your own diary and be able to work autonomously and on your own initiative developing sales strategies and hitting sales targets.

My client are a leading supplier of power tools and accessories to the woodworking construction sector. A forward thinking brand who have experienced significant growth and success and are looking to add to their growing team.


Key Skills/Experience Required:

For this Area Sales Manager role you will have a proven track record of field sales success in developing retail accounts and come from the tools sector or similar. A passion and enthusiasm are key with the ability to self motivate and communicate effectively. You will have experience using a CRM system and/or be proficient in using Excel.


Salary/Benefits Information:

Package of £35,000 – £40,000 + car + bonus + benefits
