The Role of Product Manager:
  • Within a small UK marketing team, you will manage your product portfolio, coordinating with sales, supply chain, sourcing and digital.
Specific Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Develop the business performances of the assigned portfolio in line with EU and local strategies,
  • Manage budget and P&L for your range
  • Develop a deep knowledge and understanding of the market and ensure the right brand and product positioning of your portfolio
  • Communicate and promote your portfolio according to the local and European marketing strategies to maximise sell-out
  • Develop the digital presence and impact of your portfolio according to the priorities and strategy set-up by the Marketing Head and Global digital team
Product Manager Profile:
Suitable candidates will possess the following qualities:
  • Ideally have a home base within 2 hours of Cambridge
  • Of graduate calibre with professional marketing qualifications
  • Possess 5-10 years of experience of marketing in a consumer goods environment
  • Presently working as a Product Manager or a junior Product Manager
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Affinity for digital and new distribution channels
  • Creative, flexible and a great communicator
