Cavendish Maine are currently working with an award winning, highly respected and established firm of Chartered Financial Planners who are looking to recruit an additional IFA to their team.
The vacancy has come about organically, with existing Adviser staff at full client capacity but new enquiries coming in faster than ever due to their success. They are looking for a highly experienced Financial Adviser who can help them to grow the business.
The company are Independent and Chartered Financial Planners working with HNW clients across the South West.
The job spec is below:
  • Be the main point of contact for your clients
  • Conduct client reviews at least annually to include an update on clients’ needs and objectives, attitude to risk and current circumstances etc 
  • Actively monitor client’s portfolios to ensure ongoing suitability
  • Ensure you and your team deal with client enquiries in a timely manner and in adherence to our TCF requirements
  • Proactive leadership ensuring your team are able to perform their duties
  • Actively pursue and develop new client relationships
  • Focus on business development for the firm
Further information:
  • Employed role with starting basic salary between £40k - £60k depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Basic salary will increase over time to reflect an individual’s contribution to the business (management support, business development, strategy input etc).
  • A “seed” client bank will be provided
  • Leads will be provided from the company’s marketing activities.
The company will provide clients and the majority of your leads with full back office and paraplanning support in order to help you succeed. You'll be left to concentrate on impressing new clients and providing a first class service to those that you've signed up.
