We are looking for an experienced complaints handler that has worked within the Financial services industry preferably, or within regulated environments to join one of our clients on a 12 month FTC.
Reporting into their Client Resolution Team Leader, you will be there to ensure that all complaints are managed in accordance with established procedures and regulatory standards and resolved accurately and promptly – in accordance with the FCA’s Dispute Resolution Handbook.
You will be expected to ensure that all complaints are logged on to the relevant systems.  The role requires strong investigations skills, administration and customer service skills.

Key Skills/Experience Required:
The role holder will be heavily involved with complaints involving clients’ financial affairs and therefore the successful candidate will need to come from a Financial Services background or regulated complaints background.
An ability to communicate with internal stakeholders and clients is essential.  This would suit someone with an empathetic ear, an ability to be rigid to process and keen to resolve problems.
