Our client is a leading provider of self-invested pension products in the UK. They currently manage £12bn AUM and aim to deliver the best SIPP and SSAS products in the market, from the simple and straightforward to the more complex and bespoke.
 
Job Description:
Client Management Consultants act as the first point of contact for clients with queries regarding their self-invested pension. The Client Management Consultant is tasked with resolving client queries ideally on a first-time basis, or as efficiently as possible.
Client enquiries can range from valuations to more technical queries. Consultants will have a good understanding of the business and other internal specialist departments who may be required to assist with the resolution of some enquiries.
 
Key Skills/Experience Required:
My client is looking for someone who has prior work experience within a financial services environment, ideally in a client facing role.
The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of Self-Invested schemes, pension wrappers and investment products, asset classes and investment permissibility.
 
Salary/Benefits Information:
The salary on offer is £19,000 - £22,000. The role is a permanent and full-time position in central Bristol. My client offers opportunities for training and progression and internal promotions are actively encouraged.
