Our client is a leading provider of service, installation, warranty and maintenance of equipment sold to the professional catering and retail industries. They have long standing contracts in place with a diverse network of blue chip companies, supported by a large national team of field service engineers.
About the Role:
Working as a Sales & Equipment Office Administrator, you will be required to support the Senior Office Manager and sales department with all administration duties as required. Specific duties will include;
  • Answering calls from customers, engineers and field sales ales team; dealing with enquiries.
  • Preparing quotations for new equipment.
  • Advising customers on equipment replacement.
  • Liaising with manufacturers and suppliers.
  • Processing new equipment sales.
  • Co-ordinating contracts and ensuring records are up to date by liaising with other internal departments.
  • Data entry.
  • Typing letters, reports and preparing contract proposals.
  • Entering surveys and proposals onto the service management system.
  • Completing new contract forms for proposals that have been accepted.
  • Raising quotations for extended warranty on products using pricing matrix.
  • Re-pricing contracts and contract renewals following re-surveys.
  • Recording new leads on CRM and passing on to sales team for new contracts and equipment sales
  • Compiling monthly/annual reports.
Key Skills / Experience Required:
In order to be considered for the role of Sales Office Administrator you must possess the following;
  • First class administration skills and experience.
  • Previous experience of working within a sales environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A friendly, helpful and flexible team player.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • The ability to prioritise a changing ‘to do’ list.
  • Highly organised and professional.
  • Able to work calmly in a fast paced environment.
  • Good PC literacy.
Salary/Benefits Information:
