The Position:
  • The company is seeking to recruit an ambitious qualified Senior Quantity Surveyor with a mix of highways infrastructure and residential experience to support a Development Led Infrastructure (DLI) team in Exeter to work on some of the largest Capital Investment Projects currently running.
  • You will manage relationships and collaborate with clients and external stakeholders in order to ensure client satisfaction and create new business opportunities.
  • Key accountabilities will includethe commercial management of NEC3 contracts (pre and post contracts) / ICC and close liaison with external stakeholders to build client relationships.
 
The Candidate:
  • As the ideal candidate you will possess the skills and experience to actively support the internal team and manage more junior staff on technically complex projects/programme of works typically ranging between £100K and £20m at all stages of the projects.
  • You should have prior experience in some of the following; enabling works,highways, roads and sewers,utilitiesand retaining structures and earthworks. 
  • The company offers flexible working so it would be possible to live a reasonable distance away from Exeter as you will not be required in that location every day.
