There are endless opportunities out there for Financial Advisors who seek their next career move; employed and self-employed vacancies; some offer back office support, others offer client leads and some offer both.  Time and time again I speak to Advisors who were sold a dream that is yet to be delivered upon.
If you are looking for an employed proposition, then I have the role that you have been looking for!
Joining my client on an employed basis will see you work with your existing book of clients with your focus purely on client service, quality advice and the growth of your own book.
About the Company:
My client offers tailored financial planning, investment management and estate planning to clients in the Gloucestershire and West Midlands area.
Since their inception over 30 years ago, they have established a well skilled team made up of financial specialists and business leaders.
All Advisors manage their own client book and establish and develop their own leads.  You will be provided with administration support and as and when required, paraplanning support.
Key Skills/Experience Required:
In order to be considered for the role you will need to be diploma level 4 qualified, CF30 registered with CAS and SPS.
Their ideal candidate will have 2-3 years’ experience minimum in and advisory role and have the ability to join the team and hit the ground running.
You will need to have an all-round knowledge of investment, pension and protection products and have the soft skills required to build and maintain relationships, spot opportunities and plan for different client requirements.
My client is looking for someone as equally ambitious as the rest of the team to provide a client centric service as well as someone who values continual learning and development in the forever changing world of financial advice.
Salary/Benefits Information:
As an employee, you will be entitled to a performance related bonus (paid monthly), 5% pension, 4 X DIS, Health benefits and Free Eye Tests, 20 days holiday + Bank holiday as well as additional time off over Christmas.
Flexible working arrangements are permitted around client meetings.   You’ll be given a company mobile, receive compensation for your mileage and all of your FCA fees and insurance fees are paid for.  You’ll also be given an annual allowance towards networking costs.
My client will encourage you to take further professional qualifications by helping to fund the study and exam costs. You will be responsible for maintaining your CPD.
