Accountancy and Finance

Our Accountancy Division specialises in the recruitment of finance professionals across the UK, with the ability to supply candidates into roles ranging from entry-level transactional, through to senior finance positions. We work with businesses of varying sizes across the Private and Public Sector, from fast growing SME’s through to FTSE 100 organisations, and our Consultants offer a wealth of experience in providing exceptional consultancy services.

 

Financial Services

Our Financial Services Division is a market-leading specialist in Financial Services recruitment. Our Consultants are industry experienced and understand the current challenges that apply to successfully recruiting into this sector. We successfully work with international Banks, Challenger Banks, Product Providers, local and national IFA’s and employee benefits companies. General Insurance

The General Insurance team works closely with many of the industry’s leading insurance companies, brokers, claims and legal organisations. Working from offices in the South West and Midlands we recruit for a diverse range of clients, from national and international firms, publicly listed companies, through to regional and owner managed insurance businesses.

Our specialist team of consultants have considerable first-hand experience working both within and recruiting for the general insurance industry. We offer a consultative, thorough and informed approach to every assignment, regardless of seniority. Confidentiality is key with each assignment, combined with our ability to uncover candidates who are not in the active market allowing us to deliver successful solutions whether on a contingent or retained search basis.

Sales and Management

Our Sales and Management recruitment team is a collection of specialists who work together to provide the best shortlists for our clients and the best choices for our candidates.

Our specialist areas are Building & Construction, Catering equipment, Ceramics, Coffee, Floor Coverings, Foodservice, Furniture, Garden, Greetings, Gifts, Housewares, DIY, KBB, Lighting, Nursery, Pet, Toys and Vending. We have an experienced recruiter in each sector with a deep understanding of the market. Supply Chain and Logistics

Many of our clients face the challenge of moving goods from the point of origin through warehousing to a retailer or final consumer. Supply Chain and logistics professionals streamline this process - adding efficiency and taking out cost.

In this division we work with consumer goods and industrial businesses; third party logistics operators and freight/ transport companies.
