Ted Dickinson

Ted has extensive experience of working with senior management teams across all sectors of commerce and industry.

As an Army Officer, former Mars executive and leader himself, he has direct experience of recruiting and building effective teams and creating the right environment for high performance. Ted has a knack for identifying high potential talent, and has a reputation for building long-term relationships – both with clients and his own people.

Currently managing partner at Cavendish Maine, which he founded in 1991, he has worked with a diverse range of clients from SME’s to global brands, delivering a world class service at every level.
