Russell Cripps

Russell joined Cavendish Maine in June 2000 as a consultant following his graduation in Human Resource Management, having recruited for a leading recruitment firm in Melbourne for 12 months. Russell was promoted to the position of managing partner in the beginning of 2008.

He specialises in the Interiors (floor coverings, ceramic tiles) and DIY sectors, where he has developed strong relationships with leading suppliers and gained a thorough knowledge of the issues facing manufacturers, distributors and retailers. This provides a level of insight seldom found in recruitment and gives clients a huge head start when starting a recruitment campaign.

Clients include worldwide market leaders across the DIY, construction & consumer sectors, as well as smaller specialist niche companies, who all benefit from Russell’s unique market knowledge and ability to attract the leading talent available.
